Food truck findings

first findings its food truck! well as we all know there are so many foodtruck out there even KL but all i can see is the modern one using car or a truck but what i found in penang its s traditional way to sell a snack or food wit transportation.

i saw many kind, there is one with only snacks on it and also one with bread so the guy its serve the food which its bread inside the truck it self.

i found it very attractive to see that and its actually cost more cheaper than the store one because they don’t have to but or rent the store in order to sell their food. and it also can be temporary which means it can move to everywhere doesnt have to be one place because the store it self its on transportation.

second findings that i want to highlight OFC FOOD when we all go to penang what else we looking at rather than food? penang its food heaveennnn.

this is actually my first time went to penang and personally i love chinese and indianfood so trust me this island its heaven to me.

i went to lots of foodcourt and i can see they sell pretty similar food there such as char koay teow, seafood, laksa, satay and all. AND I EAT OF THEM (ps do not blame me). i see theres a lot of seafood i think because its near the jetty so its easy to get the seafoof it self.

i went to the famous cendoll and its really good and it cost super cheap. overall food in penang its the best and very cheap you can get a really delicious dish without costing you much of money.

Places

third there are lots of cute places that i went we explore street in little india, and around the hotel. there a lot of mural street art on the wall even on the floor i think that makes georgetown more unique.

and i went to a lot of small cafe that using a old building and change it to a very attractive cafe.

all of the spot in penang its very intesting to look at and even to take a picture with. specially in little india. we went for a tour to learn about the historical of penang it self we go from the church untill the jetty. the tourguide its very interesting he really explain and tell a stories how when and who to presizly penang history. and i realise every little thing has meaning every little thing has history behind it and i think that make it interesting.

Forgotten culture

For this particular project we are require to choose things that almost forgot by the milenials people. and i chose barong as my subject. barong is indonesian mythology comes from bali. for this project we need to make a conceptual art inpired by our chosen forgotten culture.

FINAL PROJECT

ARTIST IN RESIDENCE

Third of December, the end of our pain for this semester. But before that we have to pin up first on the second of December. The morning before the individual presentation I have to present the site with 5 of my group leaders. My group is under measurement and drawings there not much to say on that because it base on the board. After we present suddenly the lecturer called my name to present the individual of my design, I actually shocked at first because im not ready yet. In previous semester I always get taylors lecturers but this time I got outsiders panel which very stressfull because they all interior designers they know what they’re doing. Basically at first I introduce my name, semester and my subject matter and ofcourse my conceptual art because that’s the idea of my design. because im not prepared at all I just look at my board and explain but after they ask me questions I started to began my presentation properly. At first it kinda intense because maybe im nervous but I manage to settle it out. They gave me a lot of ideas and input that I have to do a lot of visits so I can learn from that I hope I can learn I lot from this semester so I can do better on next semester.
